#LMA23 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative

Each year at LMA's Annual Conference, we include a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that has three goals:

 
  • Do good (i.e., help the local community)
  • Makes us feel good - maximizing our time at the annual conference to dome together as a community to help others.
  • Network! It's one of the best networking opportunities of the year!
At #LMA23, we are proud to announce that our CSR event supports The Pride Center at Equality Park.

Here’s the plan:
  • Get outside in support of The Pride Center virtual 5K that's planned for all of April, as well as their in-person run on April 30 — the Rainbow 5K. #LMA23 attendees can get out for a walk or run during the conference in support of the run while taking in some fresh Florida air and sunshine ― good for the soul.
  • Consider a donation to or fundraise for the Rainbow 5K run.  
  • And get hands-on… On Tuesday, April 25, we’ll have a The Pride Center 5K Run table at the conference where you can find out more about The Pride Center and even have the opportunity to make encouragement signs that TPC volunteers will place throughout the course at the April 30 run. Proceeds from the run will help The Pride Center continue to provide much-needed programs and support to our LGBTQ+ community..
